Terms & Conditions
As a registered attendee, speaker, sponsor or participant at ReCharge Inc.’s (“Recharge”) 2025 ChargeX conference (the “Conference”) and Conference-related events, you agree to the terms of this ChargeX Event Terms and Conditions (“Event Terms”). We appreciate your cooperation to help ensure a safe environment for all Conference participants.
Tickets
Your Conference ticket entitles you to admittance to the Conference and Conference-related events only. All other costs associated with attendance (e.g., travel and accommodation expenses) are your responsibility, and Recharge will have no liability for these costs.
You understand and agree that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets cannot be sold, resold, bartered, auctioned, or transferred in any way. You are responsible for choosing to submit a registration form and Recharge will not be liable for any errors in submission, payment or ticket processing.
All determinations of special rates and discounts are in the sole discretion of Recharge.
Attendee requirements
Recharge may change, substitute or cancel any aspect of the Conference, including the Conference name, themes, content, program, speakers, moderators, venue and time. All intellectual property rights in and to the Conference, the Conference content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Conference are owned by Recharge or the Conference sponsors or speakers, as applicable. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce the Conference content or any of Recharge’s trademarks without Recharge’s prior written permission.
Consent to photos
By attending the Conference and agreeing to this Event Terms you hereby irrevocably permit, authorize, grant and license Recharge and its affiliates, successors and assigns, and their respective licensees, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and fulfillment agencies, and the employees, officers, directors and agents of each and all of them, the right to display, publicly perform, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, reproduce, record, photograph, digitize, modify, alter, edit, adapt, create derivative works, exploit, sell, rent, license, otherwise use, and permit others to use my image, likeness, appearance, and all materials created by or on behalf of Recharge that incorporate any of the foregoing in perpetuity in any medium or format whatsoever now existing or hereafter created, without any further consent or approval from or royalty, payment or other compensation to you.
Conduct
If a session is stated to be a closed door session, you may not record audio or video of sessions at the Conference or take professional photographic or video equipment, or wearable recording devices into the Conference.
You agree to obey all signage, instructions and rules. Recharge reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from, the Conference at any time in its sole discretion, including inappropriate, disorderly, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior or failing to comply with this Policy. Please report any concerns, offensive behavior, or suspicious or disruptive activity to the Conference staff.
Private event
This is a private event. Recharge reserves the right to refuse, cancel, and/or refund your registration at any time.
COVID-19 disclosure
You acknowledge and agree that COVID-19 and other communicable diseases, continue to be a risk despite the mitigation measures that Recharge, Conference venue vendors, or any others may have put into place. You further understand that it is possible for you to be harmed, including by possibly contracting COVID-19 or other communicable diseases as a result of your attendance at the Conference.
Assumption of Rick and Waiver of Liability
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE CONFERENCE IS VOLUNTARY. BY REGISTERING FOR THE CONFERENCE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ASSUME ALL RISKS OF INJURY, DAMAGE, OR ILLNESS ARISING FROM ANY ACTIVITIES YOU ENGAGE IN DURING THE COURSE OF THE CONFERENCE AND AGREE TO HOLD RECHARGE HARMLESS THEREFROM. YOU AGREE THAT YOU, YOUR ASSIGNEES, OR HEIRS WILL NOT MAKE ANY CLAIM AGAINST OR SUE RECHARGE FOR INJURY OR ILLNESS RESULTING FROM THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY RECHARGE OR ANY RECHARGE EMPLOYEE, AGENT, CONTRACTOR, OR VENDORS AS A RESULT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SUCH ACTIVITY RELATED TO THE CONFERENCE. YOU HEREBY RELEASE RECHARGE FROM ALL ACTIONS, CLAIMS, OR DEMANDS THAT YOU, YOUR ASSIGNEES, OR HEIRS NOW HAVE OR MAY HAVE OR MAY HEREAFTER HAVE FOR ANY SUCH INJURY OR DAMAGE OR ILLNESS RESULTING FROM SUCH PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT.
