What is ChargeX 2025?
ChargeX 2025 is a global ecommerce conference held April 14–15. It brings together industry-leading merchants, partners, and experts to discuss today’s most pressing topics, network with peers, and hear from influential speakers. Register here today!
Who from my company should attend ChargeX 2025?
Anyone who is part of sourcing, contracting, and/or managing your ecommerce business should consider attending ChargeX 2025. We’ll have relevant content for founders, marketing teams, and anyone interested in connecting with our technical teams.
Will there be networking opportunities?
Plenty! Attendees can partake in many networking events and activities, such as:
- Pre-conference Wellness Day and opening party on April 14
- Women in Ecommerce lunch on April 15
- Interactive breakout sessions and discussions on April 15
And more! We'll also have Ask the Expert stations to ensure you have face time with Recharge experts.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the conference is business or elevated casual.
Can agency and tech partners attend ChargeX 2025?
Agency and technology partners are able to purchase individual tickets to attend. They may also receive complimentary tickets as part of a purchased sponsorship. Please contact [email protected] regarding sponsorship opportunities.

Travel & Lodging
Where will ChargeX 2025 be held?
ChargeX 2025 will be held at the JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE, located at 900 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015. To contact the hotel directly, call (213) 765-8600.
What is the closest airport?
The Los Angeles International Airport is approximately a 30 minute drive (16.8 miles) to the conference venue, JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE.
Will there be a special rate at the onsite hotel?
Yes! Our special event rate of $259.00 per night will be honored 3 days prior to and 3 days after the conference, pending availability. Please book using this link. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14% tax, 2% TMD fee, and $0.75 CA tourism fee per room per night). The last day to book at the discounted rate is March 28, 2025.
What are the parking arrangements?
The hotel offers hourly self parking at a rate of $22 for the first two hours and $22 for each additional half hour, up to a daily maximum of $66. Overnight self parking is $66. Valet parking is also available for $66 per day.
Are there any organized shuttles?
Shuttles will be arranged for any offsite events that are not within a reasonable walking distance of the hotel. No shuttles will be available to and from the airport and the hotel.
Accommodations
I’m traveling with others outside my professional space. Can they also attend?
ChargeX 2025 has limited capacity and is unable to accommodate additional guests at any of the sponsored events, including the optional activities.
I need a visa letter to attend. How do I request one?
At this time, we are not able to sponsor visas for this conference. Please contact your Recharge account manager to discuss further.
I have a dietary restriction. Will there be accommodations?
ChargeX 2025 is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all participants. All group meals will include vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. If you require additional dietary accommodations, please reach out to [email protected] with the subject line ‘Dietary restrictions’.
Ticketing
Can I register at the venue?
Registration for this event closes at midnight on April 11, 2025. Onsite registration is not available at the venue.
How much do ChargeX 2025 tickets cost?
Each ticket costs $600. Tickets were available for $500 during an early bird special that ended February 26, 2025. The ticket price includes conference access, provided meals, and additional experiences both on- and offsite.
Bulk discounts are also available when multiple attendees are registered in a single transaction. Registrants can add additional attendees during the registration process by selecting "add a group member" on the registration summary page, before making a payment.
What is the cancellation policy for ChargeX 2025?
Our tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have a unique situation preventing you from attending and would like to request a refund, please email [email protected].
