Syd manages the Growth team at Recharge, where she’s driven by helping emerging and established brands unlock and retain revenue in ways that actually move the needle for their business. As an avid follower of rising DTC brands, especially any brand in the food & beverage space, she’s always studying what makes breakout brands scale. Outside of work, she’s often on the bike, teaching spin classes in Toronto or walking her dog, Poe.
