Janine is the Customer Marketing Manager at Recharge with over a decade of experience in brand marketing and ecommerce. She is obsessed with customer experience, developing meaningful relationships within commerce and building unique, sustainable strategies to achieve business goals. Before Recharge, she ran a small agency, Feel Good Retail, advising indie retailers on growth from early stages to successful exits. When she’s not out walking her dog, Flapjack, or reading her way through a very large 'To Be Read' pile, you can usually find her experimenting with a new craft or recipe.
