Heartstone Farm increases AOV with Recharge’s ARPU integration for a frictionless customer experience

We started with Recharge two and a half years ago. We did some surveying, right? Ask the customers, what's the problem? And the thing that kept coming back is they wanted more choices and more ability to be flexible. And so that led us to coming up with our bundling approach and that flexibility kind of instantly took off—the churn rate went way down and it was really the right solution.

When we look at subscriptions, and I'm sure this is true for any business, the customer experience needs to be frictionless. It needs to be easy. And so the way that I think we leverage partners like ARPU and Recharge is, we're always looking to make the consumer experience better. You know, a key component in ARPU's communication with our customer is, here's some products that you might want to add to this month's box. And that definitely has increased average order value.
