ChargeX London 2025 is a one-day ecommerce conference on 16 October, 2025. It brings together industry-leading merchants, partners, and experts to discuss today’s most pressing topics, network with peers, and hear from influential speakers. Check-in begins at 10 AM and the conference will conclude at 6 PM.

Each company is encouraged to send up to three team members to make the most of the experience. Ideal attendees include anyone involved in sourcing, contracting, or managing your ecommerce business—from founders and marketing leads to ecommerce managers. We’ll also have technical sessions and networking opportunities tailored to those looking to connect deeper with our product and engineering teams.

Plenty! Attendees can partake in many networking events and activities, such as:

• Coffee & Convos from 10 AM–11 AM
• Workshops from 3 PM–4 PM
• Afternoon happy hour from 4 PM–6 PM

The dress code for the conference is elevated or business casual.

ChargeX London 2025 will be held at One Hundred Shoreditch Hotel, 100 Shoreditch High Street, Shoreditch, London E1 6JQ. The nearest Tube stations are Liverpool Street (10 min walk) and Shoreditch High Street Overground (1 min walk).

Recharge has not coordinated a discounted room block. Below are recommended accommodations close to the venue:

One Hundred Shoreditch Hotel does not offer parking. Parking is available across the street at Euro Car Park or NCP Broadgate.

ChargeX London 2025 has limited capacity and is unable to accommodate additional guests at any of the sponsored events, including the optional activities.

Registration for this event closes at midnight on 10 October, 2025. Onsite registration is not available at the venue.

ChargeX London 2025 operates as a completely complimentary event, with no admission fees or ticket costs required for attendees. Registration and participation in all conference activities, sessions, and networking opportunities are provided at no charge to participants.

Due to venue space regulations, once registration hits capacity, a waitlist will start. If we have any cancellations and a spot becomes available, we will contact you.
